Bayern Munich may well miss the recruitment of Xavi Simons, the star of the RB Leipzig having reiterated his desire to join Chelsea.

The Bundesliga giants are strongly expected for a transfer of Simons, 22, after the Dutch international announced in Leipzig his wish to leave the club this summer, after the failure of his team to qualify for a European competition. According to Florian Prettenberg, Sky journalist, Bayern again contacted Simons those around to assess his interest in Munich.

Simons only wants to join Chelsea
