“Hi it's Sarah, what does that say?”
This Monday, August 4, the Frenchwoman Pauline Ferrand-Prévôt adds the Tour de France to her record already busy. Sacred Olympic Cross-Country Olympic Champion in Paris last summer, she won the Tour de France women and her last two stages for her first participation. With the other two stages victories of Maeva Squiban, the French won four stages out of the nine of this 2025 edition.
According to a confidential report by the OFAST, the antisputing office, France is now one of the European countries most affected by drug trafficking. Cocaine circulates en masse, traffickers operate social power in certain districts and around 200,000 people take advantage of it.
Two videos broadcast by Hamas show hungry and skeletal hostages, one of them staged in the process of digging his own grave. The Israeli Prime Minister requests help from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to feed and treat these hostages. Hamas does not oppose it but requires in exchange the opening of humanitarian corridors in Gaza. Since this weekend, European humanitarian lags have multiplied: France has made a third this Sunday.
