Their transfer decision largely depends on a possible departure from Savinho, whose transfer is envisaged in Tottenham Hotspur. Sources close to the file told football España that if an agreement was found for Savinho, City would start negotiations without delay.

Depending on the resolution of the Savinho file, City plans to offer Real Madrid an offer of 80 million euros, plus 20 million euros in variable commissions. Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia is also interested, but Rodrygo wishes to stay in Europe.
This offer could lead to an agreement with Real Madrid. It has already been mentioned that Florentino Perez would accept an offer of around 100 million euros, of which 80 million euros would constitute the minimum of a fixed amount they would consider. From there, it would seem that City and Real Madrid can find a compromise.
