Real Madrid is currently focusing on sales, now that it has 25 players in the workforce of Xabi Alonso, taking into account the arrivals of Dean Huijsen, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Franco Mastanuono and Alvaro Carreras since the start of the summer.
A new midfielder is desired, but that can only be done if at least one player leaves in the coming weeks. Real Madrid leaders have also identified leading candidates.
Rodrygo Goes has been strongly quoted by Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain in recent weeks, and according to Diario As, Real Madrid would study offers for the 24-year-old striker, who is struggling to make himself known since the arrival of Alonso at the beginning of the summer.

Rodrygo was on the bench during the club World Cup.
In addition to Rodrygo, Real Madrid would study offers for at least two other players on the first team: Ferland Mendy and David Alaba. The first is an exception after the arrival of Carreras, the Merengues preferring to count on Fran Garcia to compete with their new recruit.
Alaba occupies fifth place in the classification of central defenders behind Huijsen, Antonio Rudiger, Eder Militao and Raul Asencio. Real Madrid leaders doubt his balance sheet of injuries in the last 12 to 18 months. He will leave the club at the latest at the end of his contract next summer, but a departure is not excluded.
Real Madrid has doubts on two other players
Besides Rodrygo, Mendy and Alaba, Real Madrid is uncertain about the situation of Dani Ceballos. A return to Real Betis was mentioned, but for the moment, Alonso is counting on him – but that would change if another midfielder was recruited before the end of the summer.
Likewise, doubts hover on Endrick Felipe, whose playing time will be reduced next season if it remains. Alonso counts on Kylian Mbappé and Gonzalo Garcia as two attacker options, which means that the Brazilian adolescent – who does not want to leave – is confronted with another calm year with Santiago Bernabeu.
