LOSC, like Amiens SC and EA Guingamp, withdrew their appeal, they who initially challenged the Girondins de Bordeaux continuation plan. However, they did not completely abandon.

This strategy provides that only 10 % of the 9.5 million euros still due for transfer allowances are reimbursed, which could not satisfy LOSC, Amiens SC and EA Guingamp (among the 400 creditors). The latter had appealed in the process to obtain a better reimbursement, while the Bordeaux stable is still liable to them as respectively transfers of junior Onana in 2021 (201.250.56 euros), Aliou Badji in 2023 (3 million euros) and Jérémy looking in 2023 (500,000 euros). The three clubs are nevertheless, according to the information of The teamwithdrawn during the evening, allowing the process to take its course without a hitch.

The decision of the Bordeaux Commercial Court will therefore be well rendered on Tuesday, June 24, at 9 am.

No resignation

LOSC, Amiens SC and EA Guingamp are not however resigned. The reimbursement of the sums due as part of transfers could, still according to the French sports daily newspaper, be the subject of a request to FIFA.
