A large-scale recruitment which bore fruit. The FDJ-Suez team, which attracted Demi Vollering, Elise Chabbey, Juliette Labous, and Ally Wollaston to its ranks in the off-season, finished the 2025 season at the top of the UCI team rankings. These last four riders are those who have scored the most points for the French team, victorious 22 times this year, not counting Demi Vollering's European title, which brought her valuable points.

The FDJ-Suez thus achieved the best ranking in its history, while the French team was 7th in 2024 and had until then never exceeded fourth place, in 2022. It dethroned the SD Worx-Protime, which had reigned over world women's cycling since 2021, and which finished the 2025 season second (11,115.13 points compared to 12,490.51 points for FDJ-Suez).

This result is largely obtained thanks to the performances of Demi Vollering, defector from SD Worx-Protime. The Dutchwoman is also the best rider of the year in the UCI rankings, as in 2023, with 4,642.57 points scored, ahead of Lorena Wiebes (4,326 points). She won the road race at the European Championships, the Vuelta, the Strade Bianche, and finished second in the Tour de France, and third in the time trial at the Worlds.

Switzerland's Elise Chabbey also earned points with her victory in the Tour de Romandie. And Juliette Labous, best Frenchwoman in the world individual ranking (7th), distinguished herself with places of honor in the Amstel Gold Race (4th), the Strade Bianche (4th), and the Vuelta (5th overall).
