This system, already experienced in several districts since 2017, aims above all to dissuade violence and incivility towards referees by filming interactions on the ground.

In addition, the FFF is strengthening its zero tolerance policy by offering additional measures, such as the restriction of exchanges only captains, the establishment of temporary match suspensions, and the introduction of a white card to sanction incivility. President Philippe Diallo also requests more severe sanctions, which can go as far as suspension for life in the event of serious assault, with systematic complaints to protect amateur referees.
