After the Pyrenean challenges, the peloton has headed for Carcassonne from Muret over 169.3 km, Sunday July 20 for the 15th stage of the Tour de France 2025. Step won alone by the Belgian Tim Wellens, lieutenant of Tadej Pogacar.
It is the first stage victory of the Belgian champion on the Tour de France. Its leader keeps the yellow jersey. Frenchman Julian Alaphilippe, taken in a fall at the start of the stage, won third place in this 15th stage. Monday July 21 is a day of rest.
