This Saturday, August 2, the peloton of Tour de France women with zwift Faces the 8th and penultimate stage of this edition on a route cut for climbers, between Chambéry and the summit of the Madelaine pass. With its 111.9 kilometers and its 3,550 meters of elevation gain, this day promises to be the queen stage of the event. After a muscular departure in the Plainpalais pass (13.3 km at 6.3 %), attacks could be quickly to form a solid breakaway. But it is in the final ascent, 18.6 kilometers long at 8.1 %, that everything should be played. The best climbers and contenders in the general classification will be a decisive battle. Kasia Niewiadoma (Canyon//SRAM zondacrypto), Demi full ring (SD Worx-Protime), Pauline Ferrand-Prévot (Visma | Lease a Bike) ou encore Sarah Gigante (AG Insurance-Soudal) will be at the forefront to try to win at the top.
