This is called a blow. Tadej Pogacar won the 12th stage of the Tour de France, Thursday, July 17, after a supersonic attack in the climb of Hautacam. Launched by his teammate Jhonatan Narvaez (UAE-XRG) 11.8 km from the finish at the top, the Slovenian won the whole group of favorites from his wheel. He flew to knock the race, cutting the finish line with more than two minutes ahead of Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease A Bike).
The defending world champion takes the opportunity to recover the yellow jersey of the shoulders of Ben Healy (EF Education-Easypost), decrampted from the slopes of the Col de Soulor, more than 50 km from the finish.
