At the dawn of his second season at Olympique de Marseille, Gerónimo Rulli already feels particularly attached to the Phocaean club. In an interview with Markthe Argentinian goalkeeper said all the good he thought of the vice-champion of France.
The former member of Ajax notably said to feel at a “key moment” of his career, but also that he “had fun like never before”. The South American took the opportunity to evoke the elements which delight him for having dropped his suitcases on the Canebière.
Rulli believes in OM potential
“I rarely felt this in my career by playing at home”said Rulli, who believes that
“Marseille is the largest club in France”.
The 33-year-old porter also feeds the ambition to compete with Paris Saint-Germain during the next exercise, something that, according to him, his team is able to achieve:
“If there is a team that can compete with Paris, it's us”he added.
