While the players of Paris Saint-Germain having participated in the Club World Cup will benefit from three weeks of rest before finding the Poissy campus on August 4, the recovery is more spread out for those who are likely to leave the club this summer. This is particularly the case for the French international Randal Kolo Muani. The 26 -year -old striker, loaned to Juventus Turin since January, has a delayed return because of his presence during the world tournament with the old lady. Eliminated in the round of 16 by Real Madrid (1-0), Juve did not extend its career in the competition.
Kolo Muani is expected at the Poissy training center on Wednesday, July 23 for its individual recovery. Other players who have also played the Club World Cup, such as the Portuguese Renato Sanches (loaned to Benfica since last summer), will also benefit from a few additional days of rest. This week also marks a progressive awakening of the Poissy campus, which remained deserted for several weeks. The Espoirs and U19 teams resumed training path, while the club yesterday formalized two internal movements: the appointment of Mathieu Le Scornet to the post of technical director of the training center, and that of Jean-François Vulliez as new coach of the Hopes team.
