Another file, much more substantial: that of Azzedine Ounahi. According to the team, the Moroccan environment, under contract until 2027, is the subject of an agreement in principle between Olympique de Marseille and the Spartak Moscow around a transfer to 12 million euros. After his convincing season on loan to Panathinaikos – where he was elected best player on the team by supporters – Ounahi sees the possibility of a new start abroad, with a clear wage increase in the key. The player is still thinking about the Russian club's proposal, which has made it a recruitment priority.
As planned in the clauses negotiated when leaving Angers towards OM in January 2023, the SCO will receive 30 % of the amount of the resale, or around 3.6 million euros. Marseille could therefore give in a player who will never have completely confirmed over time at the Vélodrome, but whose market value remains solid thanks to his recent performance in Greece.
