Paris Saint-Germain holds its new strong man for the Academy. According to Le Parisien, Mathieu Le Scornet (42) will take the reins of the technical management of the Parisian training center. He succeeds Cyrille Carrière, who left this winter.

PSG strengthens its training sector. Former trainer at Stade Rennais, the Scornet contributed to the hatching of talents like Désiré Doué or Eduardo Camavonga.

In Strasbourg, where he had arrived in 2021, he was successively assistant, temporary in Ligue 1, then coach of the reserve this season. He confirmed his know-how in individual support, especially with young people like Rayane Messi or Rabby Nzingoula.

Reveal the cracks of the Paris region

Approached recently by Molenbeek, the Scornet preferred to return to what fascinates him: training. He will work hand in hand with Yohan Cabaye, center manager, and under the eye of Luis Campos. President Nasser Al-Khelaïfi validated this appointment, proof of the strategic importance given to the Parisian pool.

A clear mission: structure, raise the requirement, and hatch future PSG cracks. Luis Enrique is counting on him to get the best of young people out.
