Fenerbahçe made Alexander Sørloth his top priority to strengthen his offensive line next season. The Stambouliote club wishing to find a reference scorer following the departure of Edze Dzeko, turned to the Norwegian striker, currently frustrated by his status as a replacement at Atlético de Madrid. Already the author of 24 goals last season in Spain, Sørloth retains a good rating in Turkey, where he has already shone during his visit to Trabzonspor with an impressive total of 33 achievements in one season.
According to the Turkish media, Fenerbahçe is ready to offer 25 million euros to convince the Colchoneros club which requires a minimum of 30 million for the attacker. If this agreement materializes after the Club World Cup, it would be a record transfer to the Turkish club.
