40 talents, a vision

France Pro Cycling Academy brings together 40 cyclists in the making, women and men, including 15 professionals. Each year, several of them integrate the pros platoons thanks to a demanding and structured learning. In three years, 8 cyclists trained at theUCNA joined the UCI Worldour and UCI Protam, with among others, Louis Barré, Jordan Jegat, Clément Braz Afonso. This model is reinforced by the desire to structure training contracts, in order to enhance the investment made on each young talent.

A springboard for future generations

This new identity, which will be deployed from January 1, 2026, embodies a vision: training, accompanying, bringing out. It also opens the way to new partnerships, in particular with national companies engaged alongside the challenges of new generations.
