Belgian sprinter Jasper Philipsen wins on the 19th stage, no change at the top of the general classification

In the general classification, Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease A Bike) is still ahead of Joao Almeida (Uae Team Emirates XRG, +44 ''). The Danish, who had conceded ten seconds to his runner-up on the Valladolid time trial on Thursday, recovered four by playing the intermediate sprint of Salamanca, just over 100 kilometers from the line. He is still in possession of the red jersey, two days before the final arrival in Madrid.
