FC Barcelona is looking for a new left winger, and although Luis Diaz and Marcus Rashford are the priorities, other options are envisaged.

Whatever the player recruited, he will have to serve as a replacement in Raphinha at the start of his stay in Catalonia, and as such, a younger profile would be ideal.

Diaz and Rashford may not be the best in this regard, even if the latter is also able to play as an attacker. However, neither of these two players would be a long -term bet, unlike Antonio Nusa.

Antonio Nusa targeted by Deco

Nusa is a player highly appreciated by Barcelona. The club was interested in him last summer before he joined the RB Leipzig, and he now renewed his interest. According to Sempre Barca, the Catalans seek to accelerate negotiations with the Bundesliga club in the coming weeks.

Nusa has an advantageous transfer price

Since Diaz and Rashford would have a transfer price of 80 and 50 million euros respectively, Nusa could be a better option, because Leipzig would be ready to give the green light to a transfer if he received a sum of less than 40 million euros.

Nusa only scored five goals and delivered six assists last season, but since it was his first season in Leipzig and that he was not often established, this assessment is respectable. And he will only improve, especially if he learns alongside Hansi Flick.

If Nusa is actually available for less than 40 million euros, it would be very wise for Barcelona to conclude an agreement with Leipzig. He would be the long -term ideal left winger to play alongside Lamine Yamal on the right, but for the moment, he remains to be seen if he will join Catalonia later this summer.
