The finals are linked for Paris Saint-Germain. After having dominated the Stade de Reims (3-0) in the French Cup final and Inter Milan (5-0) in the Champions League final last May, the Luis Enrique band challenged Chelsea this Sunday in the Club World Cup final. After a roundly conducted tournament, the Parisians wanted to seek the title and organized themselves in a classic 4-3-3 with Gianluigi Donnarumma in goals with Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Lucas Beraldo and Nuno Mendes in front of him. Vitinha was supported by Fabian Ruiz and Joao Neves in the middle while Désiré Doué and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia accompanied Ousmane Dembélé in front. For the Blues, Robert Sanchez took place in the cages behind Trevoh Chalobah, Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella. The English striker could even have broken the nail by taking advantage of a failed intervention by Lucas Berado, but Gianluigi Donnarumma intervened (80th). The nightmare even continued for Parisians with the exclusion of Joao Neves (85th). Victory with the manner for Chelsea against Paris Saint-Germain (3-0) which thus raises the first World Cup of clubs in its new format, its second if we count the one won against Palmeiras during the 2021-2022 season (2-1 after extra time). Paris Saint-Germain ends with a false note.
