I had discussions with the club to explain my wish to discover something else. I am disappointed with the turn that the events take because I have new ambitions and, above all, because I had been left the door half open before being closed. I stayed last season in Ligue 2 to help the club to go up: I had to, in a way, a year at the club. The mission is accomplished, it is a great satisfaction, but today, I am disappointed to see that it does not happen like that should have. ”

Relaunched on his misunderstanding with regard to his situation, Udol did not hesitate to recall that he should be the master of his fate and wishes a little more understanding of his leaders: “Regarding financial conditions, I totally understand. On the other hand, in terms of the choice of the club, I do not agree. It's up to me to decide where I want to go. This condition, I cannot accept it. The president said he didn't want to go to the clash with me. I don't want to go either. It is in the interest of anyone. I just hope that my decision and my desire to leave will be respected on the club side. Even if my heart club remains FC Metz, I have ambitions to perform a few more years at the highest level: I am a competitor and I want to try to get a little higher challenges. ” Finally, Udol has left doubt about its next actions with FC Metz: “I don't know yet even if I have to respect my commitments to the club. What I expect now is a signal from them. I have already met them several times, they know my will. It is to them that the final decision belongs. ”
