While everything indicated that FC Barcelona had abandoned the Nico Williams track, which had been on the verge of making it happen last summer, now the Spanish press talks about yet another turnover around the 22 -year -old Basque winger. FC Barcelona would actually be well interested in the possibility of offering the 2024 European champion and reconstructing this devastating duo with Lamine Yamal.
In recent days, contacts have taken up between the different parties involved in the transfer. The Catalan press is convinced that Barça is the priority of Nico Williams, and the latter would have further informed it to the players of the Catalan club during the last international rally of the Spanish selection. He would even be ready to join Barça having a much lower salary than that which the other clubs interested in his services like Arsenal or Bayern Munich could offer him.
