The Marseillaises had a magnificent season which allowed them to win a title of second female division with the key to a rise in Arkema Première League. A success that they owe in part to a goalkeeper arrived during the winter transfer window, Chloé N'Gazi.

An atypical course. Chloé N'Gazi touches her first balloons near Meudon around 10 years. When she started, it was on the ground that the Algerian shines but one day, when the girl had joined the Bagneux club, the goalkeeper leaves the club. An event that will change everything for the girl. Guardian instinct, a taste for challenge: everything drives it to settle in the cages. Encouraged by a benevolent coach with whom she weaves a strong bond, Chloé flourishes fully in this role. It is the beginning of a love story with a position that she had never considered.

A story that will take time to settle

Despite his passion for football, Chloé N'Gazi does not immediately see professional possibilities and prefers to consider the round ball as a simple passion. Then, in second, she joined the Liévin female hopes pole. A whole new world opens up to it. A dazzling ascent that led him to the PSG training center. Marie-Antoinette Katoto, Grace Geyoro or Pearl Morroni, here are the players she has rubbed shoulders for many years. She never signs pro with the capital's club and makes a fairly surprising choice: leaving four years in the United States for a double project, both sporty and university.

Difficult return to France

When she wants to return to France, the quest for a new club is not easy. She still ends up signing on the Orléans side, a female D2 club. Arrival like number 2, she climbed the ladder as you go. The door stands out as an indisputable holder and makes a name. In March 2020, for the first time in her career, she was called to the national team of Algeria. A great reward for Chloé N'Gazi.

Always higher

The Fennec continues its ascent and discovers the first division by signing in Fleury in the summer of 2022 as goalkeeper number 3. After complex beginnings and an aborted departure, it puts itself forward by choosing the place of holder during the 2023-2024 season with stratospheric performances which earned it to be named among the best goalkeepers to the UNFP trophies. However, Fleury decides not to extend it. Chloé N'Gazi must therefore find a new challenge. She finally joined Le Havre but things do not happen as planned. In difficulty, she will only stay six short months at the club.

Never bury it!

While his situation seems delicate, the Algerian international finds a new challenge by signing at Olympique de Marseille. She arrives in January when the club is in the midst of a battle for the rise in Arkema Premier League. Its adaptation is fast with the Phocaean. Holder under the orders of Frédéric Goncalves, she will be one of the key elements that allowed the Marseillaises to lift the trophy of the second female division.

Chloé N'Gazi seems to have found her place and should stay in Marseille next season. The Algerian now has the head towards the African Cup of Nations in Morocco (July 5 to 26). A major challenge for the Fennecs who will do everything to shine during this competition.
