Facundo Medina will become the third summer recruit of OM. An agreement in principle was reached this Monday with the RC Lens.
After having validated the recruitments of the English Angel Gomes and CJ Egan-Riley, both free after the expiration of their respective contracts in Lille and Burnley, OM can boast of having put a third transfer on the eve of
the official opening of the summer market.
This Monday evening, the Team announces an agreement in principle between the RC Lens and the Marseille club for Facundo Medina. The 26 -year -old defender is expected Tuesday in the Marseille city to pass the traditional medical examination and initiale a five -year contract in the process.
While the discussions accelerated between the two camps this weekend, a deal was found for a transfer allowance of 22 million euros, bonus included. The Argentinian international with seven capes thus strengthening an axial Marseille defense which already has a representative of Albiceleste in the person of Leonardo Balerdi.
