“A great season, but not always easy”

I often had to hang on, because everything did not come naturally”, he explains. “In my opinion, there were a little too many ups and downs, but the peaks were really very high. I certainly took advantage of it and I think I confirmed that I was still there.”

It taught me that it too had value and that I could believe it.”

I could announce the Tour of Lombardy, but that would not be afraid to anyone …”he jokes. “I have already reserved my vacation and I do not intend to change.” Contrary to what some could hope, he will not anticipate his return to cyclo-cross either. “My last race will be September 20, then I will take a full month of rest. At the beginning of November I will just start training again. We will see that step by step”he specifies.
