After several days in the mountains, Jonas Vingegaard lived a quieter day this Sunday on the 15th stage of The return. Indeed, the Danish of the Visma | Lease a Bike remained warm in the peloton, while his compatriot Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek) won the stage. “I know Mads (Pedersen). We discussed a lot in the peloton on the Vuelta and on other races. He is a nice guy and, to be honest, I am happy that he has won the victory today. Finally, Dylan (Van Baarle) and Wilco (Kelderman) still had to work, unfortunately I don't think they had an easy day. We managed the stage as we wanted. The rest day will do good.
