Neymar was seen in tears after the stinging 6-0 defeat of his Santos team against Vasco Da Gama, one of their rivals for relegation in Serie a Brazilienne. This defeat places them 15th, with only two points ahead of their opponents, and coach Xavier was returned because of their low classification in the division.
Neymar signed a new contract with Santos in June, but it was the worst defeat of his player career so far, having to be consoled by a staff member at the end of the match.
Neymar does not recover

The previous worse defeats of Neymar dates back two 4-0 defeats in 2011 and 2017. His Santos team was first crushed by Barcelona, before being abused by Paris Saint-Germain six years later with the Blaugrana.
