In the podcast Hotseat of Domestic, Michael Storer (Tudor) delivered a surprising revelation: according to him, Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates XRG) would have voluntarily left the victory of the 14th stage of the Tour de Franceat the top of Dummont Ventoux, at Valentin Paretrere (Sudal Quick-Step) to seduce the French public. This day had marked the spirits: member of the breakaway, Paretrere had torn off in the last meters to get ahead of Ben Healy (EF Education Easypost) and sign its first success on The Grande Boucle.
