Very active on the transfer market this summer, Olympique de Marseille has offered a good offensive depth. A situation which should delight the Marseille coach Roberto de Zerbi, now provided with multiple attack solutions.
But for some, like Neal Maupay, this competition could well turn to disadvantage. With the presence of Amine Gouiri and that of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the French striker seems to be doomed to slide at the bottom of the hierarchy.
Two contenders already in the ranks
In this context, the Marseille management does not intend to hinder a departure, provided of course that a offer deemed correct arrives on the table. And at this level, the vice-champion of France is not particularly demanding.
According to information from MARKET Foot, OM would have set MAUPAY's starting price at 5 million euros. For the time being, two clubs have already expressed their interest in the native of Versailles, without taking action: Sassuolo (Serie A) and Trabzonspor (Süper Lig).
