After an inaugural stage favorable to the Punchers the day before, it was the turn of the sprinters to find an ideal playground this Wednesday on the occasion of the 2nd stage of the Tour de Burgos (or Burgos return in original version). With no difficulty listed throughout the 161.6 km between Cilleruelo de Abajo and Buniel, the journey of the day left that little room for another scenario than a massive sprint, which was finally won by Matteo Moschetti (Q36.5) ! The 28 -year -old Italian sprinter gave himself his 5th success of the season by just ahead and the bicycle throwing his compatriot Matteo Malucelli (XDS Astana) and the Colombian Juan Sebastian Molano (UAE Team Emirates-XRG).
