At only 17, Ayyoub Bouaddi signed a remarkable season with LOSC, to the point of becoming one of the great revelations of French football.

Author of 36 games under the orders of Bruno Genesio, the young midfielder was a key link in the Lille qualification for the Europa League. The icing on the cake: he shone in the Champions League against Real Madrid, the day of his birthday. In the wake of the promising generation 2007 – that of the Yamal, Cubarsi, Mastantuono or Nwaneri – Bouaddi is already a name for a name to remember.

But its future in the North is far from being insured. Under contract until 2027, he is now in the viewfinder of several European cadors, including AC Milan. According to Gianluca di Marzio, the Italian club, freshly reinforced by the sale of Reijnders to Manchester City, seeks to rebuild its environment, and Bouaddi checks all the boxes. Massimiliano Allegri is seduced by his profile, but the lack of European Cup could slow down the file. Another obstacle: the firmness of Olivier Létang. The Lille president, renowned for his hardness in negotiations, does not intend to give in his nugget unless one offer much greater than the 28 million euros estimated. Without that, Bouaddi could still make the heyday of the LOSC next season.
